Campbells Bobbie Burns Shiraz

This Bobby Burns shiraz has incredible depth and concentration of fruit flavours, characteristic of reds from The Rutherglen Region. The nose exudes aromas of ripe dark plums and liquorice, backed up by dark cherries, toasty oak and ground spice. The palate is a rich, mouth-filling amalgam of blood plum and mulberry fruit in the front, with luscious tannins and subtle cedar oak adding freshness and structure to the mid palate. Beautifully structured with layers of fine tannin, and aided by complimentary characters of liquorice ironstone and cacoa, this wine is a fine addition to a slow braised lamb or beef stew with Moroccan flavours of fennel, cumin and coriander.
