Carlton Dry (4.5%) alc/vol has a lower carbohydrate level than other full strength beers, and achieves its exceptional dry finish through a special brewing process, removing sugars over an extended period of time. This is a lager, which has a great taste and a smooth, dry finish without the bitterness of traditional beers.
