In champagne talk, we have before us a mid-straw-green hued sparkling with a fine gas bead and persistent mousse. Wafting out of the glass of this Jacob's Creek sparkling, you'll notice refreshing lemon citrus, and red currant aromas, while the palate is generous with more of those citrus flavours, enhanced with a creamy, nutty yeast character, which provides both richness and structure. With a delicate, crisp finish, this wine will suffice as an aperitif, match well with freshly shucked oysters, served with just a squeeze of lime juice, or grilled flathead.
