Yering Station Village Pinot Noir
Yering Station Village Pinot Noir is a good example of a cool climate wine. Matured in French oak for 11 months, the bouquet is full of spiced red berries and a pure core of cherry fruit, while the palate is bright and fresh with more raspberry and cherry flavours. The finely boned, and velvety tannin builds an elegant structure, and balanced with a succulent acidity, to underpin an elegant finish. A good wine to sip on at any get together.
