Yering Station Village Pinot Noir Rose

A popular Rose, this Yering Station Villages out of the Yarra Valley is full of red and black cherry aromas, complimented with brooding earthy undertones and some subtle savoury spice. The palate has hints of violets and lavender, with more of those rich black cherries and spice surrounded by vanillin oak. A lovely middle palate concentration supported by fine velvet like tannins, make this wine able to stand up to mildly-spiced Asian dishes, or a tuna nicoise salad.
