Mr.Mick's Shiraz is a full bodied wine, with a bouquet of developing aromas of lifted violet, blueberry and red fruit with nuances of creamy vanilla due to its American oak maturation. The rounded palate is full of dark cherry and ripe raspberry flavours with hints of herb and spice, finishing with soft, silky tannins. It is a suitable wine for drinking anytime from the present to ten years of age and will complement all red meats, particularly char-grilled steak!
