This is a classic full-bodied shiraz out of the southern Riverina tablelands of NSW. With lifted aromas of black cherry, liquorice, and chocolate showing fleshy dark fruit complimented with subtle oak flavours of mocha and spice, the palate is smooth with more cherry flavours, plus essence of plum, blackberry and pepper. Fine tannins, and a rich, mocha finish provide balance with great softness and length, making this shiraz an excellent match with any grilled red meat or rich casserole.
