This robust full bodied shiraz is subtle on those distinctive fruit driven characteristics of a wine from The Barossa. With spicy plum, black pepper, cloves and chocolate aromas, the palate is generous with more plum and dark cherry fruits, spice, and fine chalky tannins and structured vanillin oak to compliment the fruit. The perfect wine for a pizza, or BBQ spare ribs.
