This wine displays intense lifted aromas of passionfruit, lemongrass, and ripe grapefruit, while the palate introduces delightful lime-zest flavours with mouth-watering intensity, finishing with a strong textural component. Serve chilled with shellfish and salads, or the delightfully crunchy fish tacos served with a zesty yoghurt, lime and chive sauce.
