With vibrant aromas of passionfruit and black currant, along with hints of black currant leaf and fresh herbaceous notes, the palate displays those tropical fruits of passionfruit and gooseberry with more black currant and a lively cool-climate, acidic lingering finish. Great with fish like salmon or tuna.
