Lithe and long with a fine line of natural acidity. A good drink". We say: "a balanced wine with rich, creamy flavours, due to the time spent in oak barrels, with underlying hints of grapefruit and lemon zest, that keep things from getting too heavy, allowing for a clean fine finish". Would go down well with sautéed salmon in a lemon-caper butter sauce, or freshly shucked oysters on xmas day! Enjoy.
