148 Browns Road Pinot Grigio
This is a medium bodied, Mornington Peninsular wine with elegant, yet subtle flavours characteristic of the grape varietal. With complex lifted aromas mostly of pear as well as guava, and passionfruit, along with hints of blood oranges, the palate has that classic viscous pinot grigio mouthfeel, balanced with flavours of pear, apple, and hints of tropical fruits. A touch of spice on the mid-palate extends those flavours and blends with a refreshing acidity to give a crisp finish, allowing this wine to stand up to those mid-spiced Asian foods, or sautéed mushrooms on toast served in a creamy garlic sauce.
please note that this wine is only available in half dozen lots or in a mixed dozen until further notice...
