This is a stylish blend of two distinctly characteristic grapes, resulting in a clean and fresh wine with a lingering finish. With fresh, creamy tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and passionfruit, complimented by white peach and other stone fruit notes, along with hints of a very light oak char and spice, the palate is full and flavoursome exhibiting lemon, melon and more of those peach flavours. Displaying a lightly structural palate with a subtle background of oak, and a fresh minerally citrus finish, this wine is an ideal accompaniment to dishes such as porcini mushroom risotto, caramelized lemon chicken and mango salad with a chilli and lime dressing, or baked salmon with kale and pine nuts.
