This is just a really nice Bordeaux style white blend of semillon and sauvignon blanc, with a small amount of riesling, resulting in an undeniably fresh and lifted, unpretentiously young wine, with the riesling giving an unusual twist and a crisp finish. This wine can often be referred to as 'fruit salad in a bottle' because it's loaded with lovely tropical and citrus fruit flavours. A lifted nose of fresh fruit salad and floral aromas of mostly pear, passionfruit and guava, result in an herbaceous palate with a structured citrus finish, making this wine ideal for fresh seafood, spicy Asian dishes, or a simple BBQ with friends.
