This Vasse Felix Classic Dry White is a Bordeaux style white blended with semillon, sauvignon blanc and chardonnay grapes. With an herbaceous nose, highlighted by aromas of passionfruit, green apple, and citrus, the palate delivers a generous volume of citrus, rockmelon and guava flavours balanced by a driving natural acidity. This wine will stand up to a mild green Thai curry, or compliment pan-fried scallops with orange braised chicory.
