Finally a sauvignon blanc that doesn't finish like all those grassy, lemony NZ sauvignon blancs from Marlborough. This is just a beautiful style of sauvignon blanc from the Adelaide Hills. The bouquet displays every tropical fruit you can imagine from custard apple at one extreme, tropical fruit salad with passionfruit, to kiwi fruit and green pineapple at the other, while the palate zings with pure squeezed lemon and grapefruit juices, allowing for a long, lingering finish. Enjoy with Asian food and seafood.
