This 6ft6 sauvignon blanc from Geelong is a crisp, aromatic wine that's more of an Aussie cool climate varietal, than what we're used to getting from New Zealand. With subtle citrus and spice aromas, along with fragrant hints of lychee, vanilla, and gooseberry, the palate is refined, extending those tropical fruit flavours with a little bit of spice and earthiness, aided by restrained acidity and supple texture. This wine is the perfect accompaniment to a creamy goat’s cheese, soft brie, summer salads or freshly shucked oysters with just a squeeze of lime.
