This is just an elegant complex chardonnay, lightly oaked with concentrated flavours, and a lingering acid profile. Lifted aromas of white peach, melon and pink grapefruit zest compliment the savoury notes of hazelnut, hints of toast, vanilla, and a nutty complexity that continues to develop with the fruit profile through the palate. This intensity of the fruit is carried by a creamy texture, with a mouth-watering flinty acidity, that is the perfect accompaniment for your favourite pasta salad, or a traditional caesar salad.
