Founded by Moet & Chandon in 1986, Chandon is an Australian sparkling using the methode traditionelle. The classic varieties of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier are blended together with extended yeast for complexity. Greatly enjoyed as an Aperitif or celebratory drinks.
