Another fine riesling from The King Valley near Victoria's high country, this Christmont white has characteristic perfumed floraI, lime and honeysuckle aromas, while the palate is vibrant and intense with a pristine core of lemon and green apple, fine minerality persisting through to the refreshing natural acid finish. Attractive as a young wine and will develop subtle toast and honey complexity upon cellaring. Pan fried barramundi or oysters au natural would be a perfect match.
