With aromas of guava, nectarine and yellow grapefruit, the Clairault Bordeaux style sauvignon blanc semillon blend has an unrivalled intensity of flavour, complete with raw, unripe acidity and a long finish. The palate displays a crisp mouthfeel followed by a creamy mid-palate, packed with flavours of lime, poached pears and baked apple. Time in French oak has left a lingering, creamy finish accompanied by subtle mineral tones. Try with a seafood risotto, or panfried scallops.
