This cool-climate chardonnay from Granite Hills of The Macedon Ranges, has a clean full flavoured mouthfeel with a soft textured finish. As aromas of crisp white peach, apple, and melon with citrus blossom fill the glass, the palate displays excellent balance, highlighted by some naturally zesty melon pitted against a racy grapefruit acidity. The mid-palate balances that acidity with some lychee and pineapple notes along with a creaminess and nutty lees input married with restrained spicy cashew-vanilla oak. Got it?.
