Hollick's Bond Road Chardonnay is a finely textured wine exhibiting a creamy palate with layers of flavours. With abundant aromas of floral, grapefruit, melon and baked green apple, as well as slight nutty, vanilla nuances, the palate of white peach, fig and cashew nuts develops within the finely grained French oak, to produce a wine well supported by a balanced acidity.
