The palate is light to medium bodied, characterised by a zesty and refreshing mouthfeel of fresh lemon, green apple and pear flavours, revealing a fine balance between that tropical fruit sweetness and a crisp natural acidity. Perfect with soufflés, Thai curries, or citrus based dessert, this white wine is also great with roast chicken.
