The Lindeman's bin 50 shiraz is a juicy, full bodied wine, that's really good for the price. With aromas of blackberry, plum and a peppery spice coupled by overtones of eucalyptus and vanillin oak, the palate shows blackcurrant, ripe plum, dark cherry and more vanilla flavours supported by attractive sweet oak char and spice, all within a soft tannin structure. Meat dishes such as beef brisket, pork loin or lamb would be ideal accompaniments for this wine.
