This Mt.Langhi shiraz exudes blackberry, cherry and boysenberry, and plum aromas from its luscious bouquet, coupled with hints of pepper spice, clove and cocoa. The palate has more of those dark berry flavours intensified by blue florals, liquorice and pepper spice. The subtle oak influences give this wine a length and balance resulting in those luscious tannins and a fine acidity. Perfect with lamb shanks, steak and barbecued meats.
