This wine truely is a preservative free wine with no allergenic fining agents used, or sulphites added. Olsen chardonnay has a complexity attributed to the barrel fermented lees, which give the wine length and body, with a buttery mouthfeel. With slight stone fruit aromas, the palate has a blend of tropical fruit flavours, white peach, and just a touch of apricot. The finish is crisp and lively, perfect for grilled salmon with a lemon, caper butter sauce.
