This Olsen preservative free pinot noir is a complex and full flavoured wine, which has absolutely no added preservatives or allergens. The nose if full of ripe cherry fruit with a hint of earthiness, while the palate extends those aromas with good acid framing, plenty of  red cherry fruit and hints of spice. This meduim bodied wine has fine silky tannins, making it a match for peking duck, seared salmon or tuna, or pates and terrines.
