Oxford Landing Estates Claret

Talk about bang for your buck my little red followers. This red is a classic Australian blend of cabernet sauvignon and shiraz, with a chunkier full-bodied style. The nose has inviting aromas of blackberry, red jubes and plums, backed up with subtle notes of blackcurrant, mocha, tobacco and violets, while the structured and flavoursome palate is layered with black cherry, briar and spice flavours, finishing with soft grainy tannins. Try this wine with a delicious rack of lamb, or a roasted asparagus and basil soup.
