Passing Clouds 'Macedon Ranges’Pinot Noir

This is a fairly light bodied pinot, displaying bright varietal red fruits and perfume nuances. With developing aromas of spice along a vegetative complexity, this Passing Clouds pinot has a juicy palate, delivering a good combination of thyme, savoury meat qualities, and the fruit flavours of raspberry, and cherry on the front palate, backed up by fine but firm tannins to produce a lingering finish. The perfect complement to light red meats, or firm white meaty fish such as swordfish or barramundi.
