Pepperjack Shiraz

This Pepperjack shiraz from The Barossa is an exceptionally good valued wine for lovers of bold, fleshy-style reds. With aromas of ripe black berries, dark plums, and hints of dark chocolate, red liquorice, and mint, coupled with rich mocha, cedary oak and spicy undertones, the palate offers good structure with a concentrated layer of berry fruit and oak, balanced with the fine tannins to give length, whilst finishing soft and full of flavour. Made to consume upon release, a big, juicy rare steak or beef cheeks would be a perfect accompaniment; along with a nice warm fire.
