Just a beautiful full-flavoured chardonnay, and a real treat at the price. This Petaulma chardonnay gives us citrus aromas complemented by nectarine and white peach nuances with some flinty minerality. The palate is long and has a wonderful acid line, with lemon meringue and citrus zest on the finish. Eggs benedict or a steak bearnaise would be perfect with this stella drop.
