Petaluma Sauvignon Blanc

Petaluma wines are renowned for quality and this sauvignon blanc blended from two region: Adelaide Hills and Coonawarra is no exception. The nose displays plenty of gooseberries and green apples followed by some light grassy asparagus characters, touched by a subtle herbal note. The palate shows hints of minerality, more of those herbaceous notes and tropical fruit flavours, finishing with a crisp vibrant acidity. An excellent match for a grilled swordfish or freshly shucked oysters.
