This Poet’s Corner semillon sauvignon blanc, in that Rhone white wine style, displays a vibrant and refreshing citrus fruit profile. The grapes come from batches grown in South Eastern Australia, while the wine itself exhibits white floral aromas, with hints of yellow citrus, apples, passionfruit, and a grassiness characteristic of this blend. The palate is light-bodied, zesty and dry, with lemony flavours and an acid backbone, allowing it to have good length, making this the perfect accompaniment for fresh seafood dishes such as calamari or King George whiting.
