Punt Road Yarra Valley Shiraz
Cool climate shiraz; think pepper. With aromas of dark berries, plum, cherries, slight graphite notes, and pepper spice, this Punt Road shiraz out of The Yarra Valley has a medium-bodied palate that's bright and quite crunchy with boysenberry, cherry-plum, and blackberry flavours, running alongside those peppery, graphite notes. Fine slinky tannins and a balanced acid structure allow for a dry, savoury finish, that would match well with duck or lamb chops.
