This is a true Italian style pinot grigio from Redbank of The King Valley; subtle and austere, but oh so generous. With aromas of nashi pear and grapefruit pith, underlying hints of white flowers, the palate shows flavours of white fleshed nectarine and feijoa, underpinned by a fine seam of talc texture. The smooth mouthfeel is complemented by a grapefruit freshness on the finish. A perfect summer wine to enjoy with salads or ceviche.
