Ring Bolt Cabernet Sauvignon


Defined by the oceans, the Margaret River region enjoys a temperate, maritime climate with high winter rainfall and pristine, robust sea breezes to cool the precious fruit – wonderful conditions for growing superior Cabernet Sauvignon; and these conditions shine through in this wine from The Ringbolt Winery. The nose has rich aromas of black cherries and cassis with forest floor, musk and fine oak characters, while the palate is complex and textured opening with a lively and intense blackberry compote, yielding to a rich palate reminiscent of well-conched Belgium dark chocolate. The tannins are there in their succulent form, continuing the experience long after the wine has left your mouth. The finish is long and fine grained, making this wine ideal to be served with grilled angus beef topped with garlic marron; a 'steak & lake' as it’s known in Margaret River...

And this wine is vegan friendly, so ideal for vegetarians...
