Tahbilk marsanne?...it's an institution in the wine world...and yes, it's just that good and  still under $!6...well at least with us it is!...This delightful stalwart exhibits loads of lifted floral and spice aromas, along with a touch of green apple, while the palate has a noticeable chalkiness, overlaying intense lemon/lime, rosewater and tropical fruits flavours, along with a blend of subtle honeysuckle, light beeswax and fresh ginger notes, whilst finishing with a razor-sharp, mineral acidity. It is considered a food friendly wine teaming really well with shellfish and chicken.
