This is an elegant Chardonnay from the Terra Felix Winery, where fruit sourced from the Yarra Valley results in pure varietal characters with a crisp, natural acidity. Displaying intense aromas of lifted stone fruit, melon and grapefruit with a hint of spice, the careful use of French oak ensures a beautifully textured palate combining those summer  peachy fruit flavours with integrated nutty french oak. Try this wine with freshly shucked oysters, or a chicken cacciatori.
