Cape Schanck's Pinot Grigio is a popular wine from T'Gallant winery in the cool-climate growing region of the Mornington Peninsula. With aromas of freshly cut pears, passionfruit and citrus with hints of lifted, exotic florals, the palate elicits more juicy fruit flavours of pear and citrus, generously complemented by almond meal textural elements and balanced by a crisp, mineral acidity on the finish. Lighter sauced meat based dinners, fish or chicken would work well with this wine.
