How yummy is this wine? Fresh and bright with a little sweetness in the front of the palate, the bouquet gives distinct aromas of musk and citrus. The mid palate is full of vibrant, sweet summer fruit flavours, whilst still adding lovely citrus flavours in the finish. Made from Australian fruit, yet remaining true to the Italian wine style, this aromatic white is low in alcohol, is easy-drinking and food friendly, thus is ideal to team with any Asian Foods (the sweetness takes away the heat from the food), summer salads, cheese courses or antipasto, and any dessert that you might fancy. Tiramisu perhaps?
