A delicious, well proportioned shiraz based red wine from Barossa Valley. This style of wine: shiraz, grenache, mataro is renowned through out France, and has slowly caught on in this country. It has a deep red/purple colour with an uplifting bouquet of dark plums, red and black berries. Enjoy with spaghetti bolognese or a roast lamb.
