Lemoncello is delicious and delectable. It is made from the zest of lemons and is steeped in rectified spirit until oil is released. This gives it the lemon colour. Villa Massa Lemoncello is from Sorrento Italy. A lovely after dinner drink, served chilled. Also marinate diced watermelon in the lemoncello for a couple of hours and serve on toothpicks.....so yum.
