Sirenya, by Vinaceous, who has sourced these grapes from the Adelaide Hills, is a cool climate Pinot Grigio. It has a rich and textural palate, highlighted by pears. The finish is clean, yet with a slight acidic touch. Enjoy with Asian dishes, seafood or risotto.
