Made from a pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier blend, the nose has hints of citrus and white peach, with an overlay of brioche yeast, and sourdough. The palate is rich and complex, and has a delightful flavour of lemon meringue, natural yoghurt and honeycomb, with a lively, fresh acidity to finish. It's a sparkling wine that rises to all occasions.
