The Rosemount Diamond Label cabernet sauvignon is a medium-bodied wine that would bode well with a good steak or a Bolognaise sauce. With grapes sourced from vineyards south of Adelaide (McLaren Vale & Langhorne Creek), this wine has lots of plum and cherry, along with some savoury eucalyptus aromas. The palate has more of those generous dark plum and ripe black cherry flavours, giving way to creamy milk chocolate and hints of mint, cradled by soft velvety tannins, that provide a wonderful backbone to this wine.
