This Wolf Blass Red Label chardonnay is a bright, fresh, fruit driven white bursting with aromas of white peach and pear skin, balanced by hints of flint and subtle, spicy oak. The palate is soft and textural, with more of those juicy stone fruit flavours, along with hints of melon, all integrated with oak nuances, to give a long, creamy finish. This wine is perfect with san choy bow, creamy pasta dishes, or a herb-roast chicken.
