This is another of those herbaceous, fruit salad, dry finishing sauvignon blancs from NZ. It's a very easy wine to drink and excellent value. With a complex bouquet of passionfruit, peach, and pink grapefruit, dancing around greener components of crushed herbs, capsicum and gooseberries, the palate is defined by its minerally fruit presence and mouth-watering acidity. Displaying a zesty finish, this wine is just the match for Thai or Chinese food, smoked fish, fresh salads, or chargrilled vegetables.
