This is very much a real value for money Murray Darling sauvignon blanc. A crisp, dry white displaying lifted aromas of lychee and passionfruit, with other tropical fruit scents of citrus, gooseberry and musk sticks floating out of the glass. Hints of fresh asparagus round out the nose, while the palate is light, lower in alcohol (12%) and zesty, with bright citrus and gooseberry flavours; a refreshing acidity, and a decent crisp finish that affords this wine to be enjoyed solo or with your favourite seafood platter, grilled chicken or a light vegetarian dish.
