This Wolf Blass Yellow Label sauvignon blanc is a vibrant, juicy, dry finishing white, with all those distinct tropical fruit varietal characteristics. The bouquet displays floral aromas of passionfruit, guava, citrus and lychee, with hints of herbaceous green beans and freshly cut grass, while the palate is full flavoured, bursting with flavours of lemon, grapefruit and passionfruit pulled together by a mouth-watering acidity and minerality, leading to a crisp, refreshing finish. Sauvignon blancs pairs well with white and oily fish, shellfish, chicken, goat cheese, green vegetables, salads and fresh herbs, so try this white with chicken and leek pie, or coconut crumbed prawns with lime aioli.
